For applications requiring a medium durability level, a 3 to 7 year card life, and medium tamper resistance use clear laminate patches. Laminate patches provide protection against abrasion, dye migration and fading from UV exposure.
A lamination patch is an additional protection made of polyester material and is designed to increase the life of the card. The lamination patch is applied directly onto a card over the printed image.
